Roucha's return window is 20 days from order ship date. Taking into account transit times both ways, you generally have between 8 days (West Coast) and 16 days (East Coast) with the clothing to make a decision. If you need more time, please let us know.
Roucha accepts returns on some Sale items, but not all. Items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return for store credit or refund. Final Sale items are clearly marked in the front of the Style Name. Example: Final Sale Black Curved Leg Pant.
Items included in our Spring Equinox Sale (March 24 to April 6) are eligible for store credit only. Below the style name, in the first line of the product description, these styles read 'Return for Store Credit Only'.
Roucha provides return shipping labels for all domestic orders; however, we do not cover return shipping costs. Should you use the provided label, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Roucha does not receive notes or exchange requests submitted with returns. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order number with any specific requests related to your return.
Merchandise must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a return. If an item has been worn, damaged, or is no longer sellable, a refund will not be issues. Clients will be given the option of paying a shipping and processing fee to have the item shipped back to them.
