RETURN POLICY
Roucha accepts returns on full price clothing and accessories received in re-sellable condition within 30 days of order date.
Items that have Final Sale in the Style Name (example FINAL SALE_Pal Pant) are Final Sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.
Returns and Exchanges must be submitted thru Roucha's return portal. Items for return must arrive to Roucha's warehouse within 30 days of order date. Please allow adequate transit time.
Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt and issued to the original form of payment
Return shipping is free for exchanges and returns for store credit.
If you request a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
All original tags must still be attached to the garments. Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric.
Damaged/Defective items: if you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact our Client Service team so that they can help resolve the issue.
Roucha reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our Client Service team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
Last Call is Roucha's version of Final Sale. All Last Call styles are clearly marked and signified in the Style Name. Example: Last Call—Opas Coat.
Last Call Styles are eligible for store credit only.
Last Call goods must arrive back to Roucha's warehouse within 30 days of order date. Allow adequate transit time. A store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card when the return is received.

Send back unworn items for exchange anytime. 30 days, 3 months, 6 months? No problem. If you change your mind, send it back.
FREE EXCHANGES
We cover the return shipping cost on all Exchanges or Return for Store Credit. And we'll cover the cost of shipping your new order. Details on how to exchange items are below.

If you live within the United States and need to make a return, use our Returns Portal found here:
Our Return Portal will walk you thru three steps and create a return shipping label. Please print and use this label to return goods. You are welcome to provide your own method of return shipping as well (address below).
Roucha provides return shipping labels for all domestic orders; however, does not cover the return shipping cost for all returns. We cover return shipping costs for returns for store credit and full price exchanges.
If you return an item for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deduced from your refund. For returns of under 5 items, this is always $10. Want to receive free return shipping when making an exchange? See details below.

MAKING A DOMESTIC EXCHANGE
If you'd like make an exchange, please select this option when using our Returns Portal. Roucha covers the return shipping cost (all orders) AND the new order shipping cost (full price orders).
Exchanges are always sent to the exact same address as the initial order.
If the styles you've required for exchange costs more than what you are sending back, you'll receive an invoice via email with a clearly marked button to make payment on Roucha.com. It's a fast and secure. You'll have the option of logging in and using stored shipping addresses and payment methods. When your balance is paid, the order is Processed and enters our outbound order queue.
We are unable to hold items for exchange.
In the case that the items you've requested are not available for exchange, we'll let you promptly. We'll also send a few alternate suggestions.
MAKING A INTERNATIONAL RETURN
RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE USA
International returns must be initiated thru Roucha's Return Portal. Doing so will create a RETURN # or RA#. Include this number on both the outside of your return shipment and also on a note inside the box.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING
International clients are responsible for their return shipping. Returned goods must be in re-sellable condition, with original tags and packaging, and arrive to Roucha's warehouse within 30 days of order date. Please allow adequate transit time. When completing customs forms for international returns, designate goods as Merchandise Return so that customs fees and duties are not levied again on import.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Roucha offers Sale Price Adjustments on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. The exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved.
All approved Sale Price Adjustments will be issued as store credit on a gift card valid for 12 months.
We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased on sale or on special promotion items temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.
